Ruta Ideal (2020)

Web App crated to help students identify their ideal route in their studies and learn which courses to take each semester.

This app also considers students that decide on taking two bachelors at the same time.

UP cAR (2017)

Development created as the final assignment for an Augmented Reality class, it consisted in building a car using a Rasberry Pi, developing an App trhough Unity and using a Web Service to control it.

Designed and created a  new engineering program based on computer graphics, deep CS coding abilites and knowledge along with many different courses to understand computing systems and how to take advantage of them.

2030 Autonomous Vehicle Concept (Continental BEE) (2015)

Project descriptionContinental Germany and USA asked a chosen few Universities to research and document how the autonomous vehicle should be in the year 2030. We were the only University selected in Mexico, so we created a group of 5 of our top students

AR Fossils (2015)

After asking elementary school kids about how they would like to learn with the use of new technologies, they asked about learning about dinosaurs and so we created and AR experience thanks to the paleontology museom lending us fossils to scan them and create photo-realisitc AR Models

We were invited to have a booth at Campus Party 2014. We showed the roller coaster, the Fly Vinci game, and the GU game. In five days we had 1,200 people playing in Fly Vinci, 4,200 people in the roller coaster, and the GU game was played more than 28,00 times.

We were invited to have a booth at Campus Party 2014. We showed the roller coaster, the Fly Vinci game, and the GU game. In five days we had 1,200 people playing in Fly Vinci, 4,200 people in the roller coaster, and the GU game was played more than 28,00 times.

Town Destroyer (2014)

A game created for kinect, done for a promotional event. It consisted in a robot in the style of Leonardo Da Vinci’s inventions.

Building Structure VR Demo (2014)

We used the same building model from the Santa Ana train station, to build a Virtual Reality demo using Oculus, in order to visualize the internal structure of the building, and to simulate the structure stress. This was a proof of concept for a more complex idea of having an educational tool for the Civil Engineering Program.
